- Scope of Contract
These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all the articles of CHIADU TERRACE through its website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (only in the Euro Zone). CHIADU TERRACE informs that your site is exclusively aimed at an audience of more than 18 years. CHIADU TERRACE reserves the right to cancel the access account of a user if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the respective use of this service.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website, on the date of order. The prices appear detailed in each article and include the VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to the customer in detail, at the time the order is placed. CHIADU TERRACE reserves the right to make, at any time, the modifications it deems appropriate, and may update articles and prices on a daily basis, depending on the news that may arise.
All purchases can be paid with Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express®, Bank Transfer and PayPal. In any case, the payment method is chosen during the purchase process in the corresponding box. You should notify CHIADU TERRACE of any undue or fraudulent loading on the card used for purchases by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible so that CHIADU TERRACE can take appropriate action. In addition, suppliers or issuers of means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the refusal of certain types of transactions. CHIADU TERRACE is not responsible for the implementation of this type of security policy.
The delivery time will be a maximum of 5 working days from the date of purchase. The delivery of the requests will be carried out in the direction indicated by the client, having the following characteristics:
4.1 DELIVERY: The customer must pay the shipping costs. The address indicated by the customer may be a private address, a place of work or any other direction indicated. There is no need for the billing direction and shipping direction to match. The customer will receive an email one day before the arrival of the order informing him of the approximate time slot in which the delivery will be made.
4.2 COLLECTION IN SHOP (Continental Portugal): The customer can collect their order in the physical store CHIADU TERRACE. You will have to select “Collect in Store” during the purchase process. After the article is available in the store, the customer will receive an SMS and an email to let you know that the order has arrived. The customer will have a maximum period of 15 days, as long as your request is available, for collection. If, after this period, the request has not been delivered to the client, for reasons not attributable to our Company, we will understand that you decide to withdraw from the agreement and we will consider the case resolved. As a result, we will refund the value of purchases made (including delivery costs) within a maximum period of 14 business days from the date we consider the contract to be settled. The return will be made through the same medium in which the payment was made.
- Exchanges, Returns and Right of Withdrawal
There are several procedures for carrying out exchanges, returns and the right of withdrawal, and the following will describe the characteristics of each one, as well as their conditions.
a) Exchange: It is considered an exchange to substitute one article for another.
b) Devolution: Failure or defect of the item, or if the item received is incorrect.
c) Withdrawal: Right to withdraw from the contract without justification.
• In no case are exchanges, returns and withdrawals of jewelery whose packaging has been opened, except for defective or defective articles.
• All items that will be changed or returned must be properly packed.
• Returns and withdrawals of CHIADU TERRACE items can be made in our store.
